More hp and torque

1. Upgrading intercooler will allow you to "push" truck without heat soak getting consistent power.
2. CAI by itself does nothing but matched to a tune will improve airflow
3. Get a custom tune specific to your truck and the fuel available in your area (See Goosetuned - he works with COBB though)
4. I run e50 (mix e85 + 91) and HP/TQ is light years improved over stage 2 91 with custom mapping
5. Change to flex fuel kit so you can just run e85 and no mixing of fuels. See Livernois or Goosetuned or a couple of others on this site - more expensive.

Intercooler won't add power but it'll let you make peak power more during hard driving. Not sure how your tune compares but you could do the COBB Stage 2 tune. I hear good things. I just have Stage 1 because COBB recommends an intercooler upgrade to handle the power increase (increased charge heat). A custom tune is also an option but not my cup of tea. I like things that are turnkey. After exhaust, CAI, tune, and maybe intercooler the next mods get expensive and require more hardware.

- Get a better intake from either Cobb or AFE
- Tune from MPT Tunes or Goosetunes
- Turbo Adapters (24 Horsepower added, supposedly)
- Bigger Down Tubes
- FMIC (Yes, they do help)
- Pedal Commander (Will make the truck feel faster and be more responsive from less pedal lag)

After that, you will be getting into full Turbo Upgrades = Race Turbos, etc.

As the title suggests, i am trying to go faster in my gen 2 raptor. i have an SCT tune on 93 octane, a cat back magnaflow with 5" tips, and a k&n cai. what else can i do to make it go faster? i heard that an intercooler might be an option but i've also heard that it doesn't add any horsepower. what do you guys think?
I think the intercooler is your answer! I have the Cobb tuning with Cobb intake system and the Cobb intercooler making 550hp at the rear wheels 2018 GEN 2 STOCK EXHAUST.
