deleted post form the z site...

Trust me SVTRay... It was nasty, stupid stuff that was ripe for getting cut. Rants are worthless anywhere. :bawl:<truckin

Ya mean because he said the whining was worse than a kindergarden class and they should take some responsibility for their actions?

Or my fav, the response to the post that one member bent his frame driving through a pothole in a campground parking lot...The response went something like this-"Sounds like the guy who told his wife he got std's from the toilet seat" I thought that one was funny!

Just got this email from the Z. Not sure of the intent...

"Hi Itech!

If you haven't logged in for a while, you may want to check out this thread!

A few of our members went on the Outlaw Raptor Run, and unfortunately many of them suffered the exact same frame damage. If you plan on running your Raptor aggressively Off-Road, stop by and check this out before you do. It may save you a lot of frustration.

There are fixes for the "Weak Link" in the frame being offered from our vendors.

All the Best!

"A FEW of our members...", "MANY of them suffered.....", "WEAK LINK".......Geez, no wonder the internet is blowing up and out of proportion on this. It's also no wonder why so many on that site are dead set that this is purely a Ford design issue. At least he got the point across that you should visit the vendors, yay!:dancingpoop:

Yeah, everyone knows Ford never makes any mistakes!

Unlike nature obviously. :lol:Not having people pass a common sense exam to own one of these was obviously a major one. So how's that whole "I paid a shit load of money to voluntarily drive this mammoth heap of flawed design" workin' out for ya?

LOL his email worked for me. I went over there and scanned the whole thread. It looks like Ford is denying their warranty claim, so they are going to spam this to the world to try to get Ford to recant.

I guess I can't blame them. If I had a bent frame I'd do everything I could to get it fixed too. But, if 10 of the trucks had bent frames and all from the same spot (including Outlaw's prerunner truck sheeeeesh), but other trucks did not...is that a bad design? Or does that mean some drivers hit the spot too fast for their truck's capability? Love my Raptor, but it's not a God truck...
