I hope he wants to settle the dispute. If he wants to work out the issue, you should hear something soon.

Seems to me the easiest solution here is for Holeshot to send Nola the strike pads.

He had them in the picture. The burden shouldn't be on Nola to ship anything back.

There was a contract here. Holeshot failed to meet his side of the contract.

Then Nola can pay the agreed upon price.

just my opinion but yes this is 100% legit way as this is what was supposed to happen

I don't think buyer should pay any shipping if he didn't get what he was supposed to get.
the deal was the deal both stick to it and you both will be MEN in my book at least

someone just said put egos aside and do the right thing and IMO this is it.

One guy is military, the other law enforcement. There will probably never be compromise to find resolution.

I'm doing everything I can to resolve this.

Like any day now you were realizing you ****** me and were a **** and you felt the overwhelming remorse and were about to just send me the parts you kept out the blue, and then ****, I did the nasty chargeback (That ALL of you would have done if you didn't get what you paid for), and my nasty chargeback suddenly ruined your altruistic gesture you were seconds out from performing ?? Thats it ?

Holeshot you have two options.
1. Send me a money order for the amount I paid for the parts you ****** me on. I ordered them from RPG and still haven't opened the box. I will provide the receipt (Somewhere around $120 bucks or so), and and an address and you can mail me the money order for what I paid, and I will have Visa fix it, and you can go back to whatever you do.
2. You can do as PayPal/Visa instructed you and hire a shipping company to pack and pick up the parts at the drop off location.

Thats it, thats your two options.

Contrary to your pitty party here, and attempts to vilify me when you did this to yourself, I have not even removed the parts you sent, from the original boxes, much less installed them on my truck. Unlike you, I am not a a T-H-I-E-F. I followed exactly what PayPal/Visa told me to do. And I will continue following their instructions, till this is resolved to my satisfaction.

As far as the bolts are you missing all of them? I know two nuts were missing. They were left in my frame. You told

If the boxes aren't open how do you know parts are missing? Why would

I'm Seriously frustrated with the situation. I'm trying to fix it so please stop insulting me. I'm not a very clam person but I'm trying to exercise patients to get this resolved. I'm not a kid I have a good job and a family. I also serve and help others as a profession. So please!!! Stop with the insults. Remember you have not returned any of my parts. And are holding $1400 of my money, Have not returned my messages. PayPal also told me that the best way to resolve this was through you. So let's be done with each other.

I am merely an outsider looking at this and just wondering how I would be in this type of situation. I also saw the first complaint that NOLA made and how it seemed to be swept under the rug by the mods here.

I am with NOLA on this one. I kinda get it why no phone calls were made as this progressed badly as I am not sure I would want to talk to anyone if I already was pissed about the whole thing and in my mind there is only two ways to resolve it, not much to talk about.

Personally I would rather have the stuff picked up and see if RPG would take the stuff back as I probably wouldn't want to install something on my truck knowing the history of the transaction and just be done with it and move on to something else.
