Two wrongs don't make a right. You have parts and money, NOLA. If you are a standup guy you should send him the parts or the money you think your parts are worth. Keeping both is a **** move.

Agreed, there is a lot of backstory at this point but there has not been a fair resolution. Nola didn't get pads but now he has the parts that he was shipped with a certain dollar value and Holeshot is out his parts and even more money than the kit was sold for. Holeshot is trying to find a resolution and is asking for your input, Nola lets hear what you think is fair, where you don't end up keeping the parts and all of the money.

But if Holeshot wasn't willing to negotiate and Nola warned him he was going to dispute the charges then that's not very smart on Holeshots part.

He never said anything. I was actually about to ask him if he wanted me to send him the pads when I got the charge back notification.
