You hit the nail on the HEAD! Make your case to the owner of the dealership and remember---no quarter given and none asked for!

Unfortunately it's all paid for. The insurance company cut them a check. And since they are over 600 miles away, I can't exactly drive over there to speak to them in person.

I'll see what happens on Monday when I speak to them.

I'd be pist and on phone with adjuster. Looks like they didn't even do an alignment.

I just noticed the left rear wheel is missing the "SVT" hub cap...

If I'm finding these issues (paint, bumper, hub cap, wheel alignment) what other things am I missing? It's like they were rushing or just had an over lack of care of the finished product. And what really angers me is that they are so far away so I can't even confront them in person or that I couldn't stop in to see the progress of work over the past three weeks.

Don't the new bumpers come already painted? It looks like a rushed job to me. Anything I've ever had done in a body shop came out better than new looking. The bumper is pretty easy to realign if I'm mistaken so that shouldn't be a big deal but the color matching is a whole other story.

Easy fixes, But agreed it's a pain in the ass. Be sure to get a good alignment front and rear.

Check out this thread. Take the specs into the shop and have them meet them. Ask for a print out when they are done. They should have no problems meeting the specs on a new, non-suspension moded truck.

I don't think I would of let it get fixed by a place I wasn't familiar with or close by. Was it not drivable? Or have it towed so you could bring it to you. I've been bringing work to the same shop for 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

It wasn't drivable and I wasn't going to have it towed 600+ miles. I trusted the GM and Insurance guy that a FORD Dealership could get it taken care of.

Lesson learned.

Not that there are too many people in the UP who might be looking for new vehicles, but I would steer clear from Contact Us at Northern Motor Company - Your Escanaba, Michigan Ford dealer

Are these the specs for the alignment?

4 wheel alignment so that thrust angle can be measured and figured when setting the steering wheel.
Caster 4.0 degrees
Camber .-3 degrees
And total toe .20 degrees

yeah, I hear you. I am going on a raptor run that is quite a ways from home. My AAA premier will tow up to 250 miles. Guess it wouldn't hurt how much more I can pay for the difference if the worse case scenario happens.
