Oil pans melting and warping?! This should be a recall. Hoping Ford Performance, B&M or anyone makes an after market aluminum pan for the G2.

The way @KentSD uses his truck, everything will be a recall by 100k...you don't run like that without schit failing. If he was running a Power Wagon or a Z71, it would already be a pile of scrap on the side of the road.

Running in the heat like that and running hard, I'd be putting another oil cooler in the sequence or enlarging the current one....I am assuming there is an oil cooler on the Raptor. I've never looked as I have not done my first OC.

You are correct.

Now that it’s out of factory warranty I’m going to start doing some upgrades that I was worried about prior due to Ford policy.

Nice use of the GEN2. On my GEN1, I lost track how many tires I went through. Got a brand new set on again, think it's my third set too but I am at 56k miles. My rear diff has been changed out about 6 times due to leaking and changing bearings on the rear. And yes, changed my stock rotors/pads at 20k and just changed them again not too long ago, so 3 sets of rotors/pads have been done. Surprise you only bent the tips when they exit out the rear. I couldn't keep the exhaust on when it exited out the side and even cutting off over the axle still couldn't keep it on. Been through two tailpipe assemblies and finally threw the exhaust away.

You said you got more upgrades to do. It looks like you are still running stock leafs? Do you have a bump stop kit?

Funny about the side exhaust. When i use to have the side exhaust it would break off all the time. But the rear exist is holding much stronger then expected.

Drove my buddies with the bump stop kits. Not good for people who carry a lot of gear like me. Very F*ing annoying.

This (and more) is to be expected with the ecoboost family.

I shouldn't encourage you, but you make me laugh every time I read one of your posts (I think I am alone in that category.). I start reading a thread and then wait for it ..... wait for it ...... wait for it ...... MGD POST!!!! At this point in time, EVERYBODY knows how you feel about the ecoboost, so I challenge you to move onto something else as long as it is not the weep hole or exhaust note. Every good comedian needs to come up with new material to stay relevant.
