I am using my Raptor as a daily driver. As soon as I finish the BSN program, I'll be getting it out more and do what they were built for. Just right now, school and working full-time plus mandatory overtime 8hrs week sucked all my free time into oblivion. I drive roughly 10,000-12,000miles a year as it is.

Came across this thread and figured I would tell what maintenance I have had done. It is a 2010 with the 5.4 L and 130,000 miles. So far I have replaced...
Passenger temperature door actuator at 50,000 miles for $170
Blower motor resistor and HVAC door at 95,000 miles for $600
Radiator/hoses/serpentine belt at 105,000 miles for $1,200
Spark plugs at 115,000 miles for $500
Fuse relocation kit at 116,000 for $600
Replaced the alternator at 128,000 for $500
Other than those issues it has been very reliable. I am needing some new or rebuilt shocks badly as they are still the original ones, but I am on a tight budget currently so trying to find some used ones for cheap. Does anyone have some suggestions for preventative maintenance that I should get done?

What fuse relocation did you pay $600 for? Fuel pump fuse 27 kit is $20 bucks on Amazon and an hour work for a novice to do.

Yeah I'm aware of that now. Truck would not start and was the third time that it happened and did not know what the issue was, so I took it to the stealership and that's what they charged. Should have done some more research before.

I got mine done at the dealership and even then it cost parts and labor. 120 bucks I think. You probably got charged diagnostics plus parts and labor.

Change all your fluids, both diffs, transfer case, except your transmission unless its been done already as I'm a firm believer that nobody should touch that unless its removing the drain pan and changing the filter and then topping back up, don't do the "flush" the stealerships advertise.
