Yeah, I'm not saying it can't happen, hell you get enough crap stuffed into the belt system anything can happen. SC or NA

The Raptor should have come with an 8 rib system anyway, I mean, really, Cargo Vans have them, freaking Ford (SVT). LOL

I just got an email from Whipple:

"The complete kit for your 2013 Raptor is $7500.00 in black finish.

The kit comes with everything needed for the install so you wouldn't need to purchase anything additional."

The next question(s) is, how hard is this to install and/or can any shop do it?

The O-rings are a pain in the ass, you need to take care of how you place and slide and torque the manifold in place!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are a few members that installed their own.

If you want the Whipple drive train warranty then you need a authorized or certified service shop/mechanic.

You do need the coolant fluid for the SC, I believe that is only thing that does not get shipped.

How far are you from Livernois? http://www.livernoismotorsports.com/ (OK I look it up maybe two hours away)
They have done quite a few so far and you could go with Tune that has the speed limiter removed.

I have the .pdf full install instruction file if you want to take a look at what's involved.

Installing the Whipple on a 6.2 isn't "difficult" per se, but more of just a time consuming, knuckle scraping good time over a weekend in the garage. If you have the tools, the space and the time it's certainly nothing you can't do yourself. If you were to take it to a speed shop locally I wouldn't be surprised at anything in the 8-16 hour range for labor depending on their level of experience.

e-30 is 93 octane

If you can get e30 and in enough places. I do wish ford would have made the raptor a flex fuel vehicle. We have e85 in alot of places down here in Miami but I have not found a mixing pump that will let you choose the mixture.

Also remember you would need the tune to match the fuel and with a SC you would need to verify you have enough injector to match the fuel

The Whipple is designed to run on 91 octane.
There is no need to run 93 unless you want to.
