So 39 hp and 66 tq, and 300 to 500 pounds less weight. Some tech shit. 3.0s. I'll keep my 2011.
Any major problems since 2011?
Have 72000 miles. My tires rub at full lock abit with the methods, having some paint chips from using it. That's about it.
besides the peak torque number, the addicting thing about turbo motors is the way peak torque delivered at very low rpm. It is very hard for me not to drive like an maniac with boosted vehicles...
Nice, just getting started. I'd like to know what people run into at say 250,000 miles. I'd be interested in the lifespan of of these eb motors.
Bingo! We have a winna! Tell him what he's won, Johnny! Lol.
Seriously, that's the first time I've seen someone here mention that, and it's absolutely the most appealing attribute, in my humble opinion.

Well, at 46k all-tuned miles, my Ecoboost seems to only be getting stronger. Zero issues whatsoever, and the tune I'm running is quite aggressive. The truck is driven hard fairly regularly, and knock on wood, zero complaints. Best engine I've owned.
A couple of my friends have higher mileage Ecoboost trucks. One has over 150k miles and the other 120k miles. Again, no issues at all. Additionally, I'm an administrator on three Ecoboost groups. Lots of fellers well over 100k miles (a couple over 200k). No complaints.
Well Town and Country TV is dead set the numbers are 450/500. Maybe we will hear something official from Ford soon
