That looks like the blacklabel motorsports bumper. It’s really nice. I opted for the svc both are nice I just wanted my lights below the bumper and not above with a hoop. It’s all personal preference

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately tho I don’t think it’s BLM.....this is the BLM, notice those two big braces on the left and right - plus the one I’m looking for has that mesh type portion on the inner sides of the skid plate

That is a sick setup, front bumps and way wide, probably bypasses too. Doesn't look like any I've seen I bet it was a custom build by someone that does prerunners/TT trucks regularly (like SVC but as @Roush2012 said it's not a standard SVC offering)...
