Help Understanding Order Process?

I appreciate the info. I have my order number, dealer number, and last name, but it still not showing up in the system. I ordered about a week ago. You would think it would be pretty quick, but apparently not.

Did you talk to Ford or are you just using COTUS? It won't show up in COTUS if that's what you're doing.

I PMed Ford service on Facebook today and they confirmed my order. I was looking in COTUS, but they confirmed via FB that COTUS is hit or miss.

On another note, I asked my dealer for a copy of my DORA and he said they don't record them. Is that weird?

I never got a priced DORA either, dealer said system was being weird, but I was able to take my order number and verify it independently with Ford Service

As for info populating, majority didn't know about messaging FordSvc when we placed orders back in July/Aug, my first inquiry was in Sept. But good to know this goes into the system semi instantly/in a few days/less than week, will update that in the thread.

Any other useful proven timeline items, post up and can add them to the thread.

Yep, I have 2 orders in right now. 1 dealer gave me a priced DORA the other owes me one they said,
"DORA issues on Fords end. They are not being consistently transmitted although the order is in"

As you did I verified both orders through FP.... Unscheduled clean with no holds...

Others have mentioned the Ford Perf vehicles will not work with COTUS

Most all who have the DORA or Preview of build got them or requested them when you placed order. As long as you have those 3 items listed above, you are good.
