I have one on my driver side, like from the door panel/seat belt pillar.

This is what I have. I took apart the seat belt pillar, lubed parts, isolated things and drove like that. Still squeaks over certain bumps.

I have a SCAB and I though it was the rubber door seals interacting with the cab. Greased those, no improvement.

Im thinking its inside the door panel. My guess is front but not ruling out the rear. Next step is to remove the one door panel, drive around and see if that fixes it. Process of elimination.....

Did you ever find out what it was ? I now have the same. Sounds like is over my right shoulder or back passenger seat area. Any bumps it squeaky. Ive tried to shake everything cant find it. Must be inside something.

Yes. I read somewhere about a sunroof squeak solution: loosen the interior track brackets (one at a time) and insert some HOEREV Transparent tape (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DTBSAHC/?tag=fordraptorforum-20) behind the brackets and re-tighten. Also used some silicone spray along the exterior rubber seal.

So, at about 35 MPH, my Raptor has developed a cabin squeak.

It sounds like it's coming from over my right shoulder. A lower pitch noise as opposed to a higher frequency squeak. But attempts to isolate it by someone sitting in the back have been to no avail.

It's annoying, but I can always drive with the radio on until it needs to go in for service.

Meanwhile, has anyone encountered this and if so, where you able to find / fix it?
Yes, I have the same issue and its making me nuts. I have not been able to pinpoint exactly where its coming from. Initially it sounded like it was something behind back seat . I removed jack, thinking that might have been it. Nope!!
Yesterday I rode in back while gf drove. Still could not pinpoint location. It happens with every bump the truck hits. The more I drive, the louder it gets

Its very frustrating. Going to have dealer look at it when I visit for oil change but I will be shocked if they figure it out and fix it.
