It's a 2019....I'm testing the ones that the manual has...12 and 65 I think...both are 15A split M fuses and there's only 1 or maybe 2 other 15A M fuses in there.

When I pull those fuses and test them with the upfitter flipped on I have voltage there and it goes away when I turn off the upfitter.

I'm totally baffled....unless there's an open in the wire from the bottom of the fuse panel to the top where the bundle ends are...I guess I should check that but I don't know if there's anything else in between or if it's just a wire.

All other upfitters are good to go still...so it's not getting worse! :)

Sounds like they’re not properly grounded. Where did you ground to?

I think you are checking the wrong fuses. Take a look below and double check if this is for your truck, it should be. 12 and 15 are for 1 and 2 upfitters according to this chart. You also need to "ohm" out each fuse to make sure it is good, while it is in your hand, not in the truck.

This is not accurate for all Gen 2s. It changes pretty much every year. I have a 2019 as well and like the OP, fuse 12 is for Aux 1 and fuse 55 is for Aux 2.

Fuses check good in hand. Have to be the correct fuses as I get power on 1 post when I flip the upfitter on (with the fuse pulled to get to the post).

My only thought still is that the wires are toast or whatever is between the fuse box and the wire is toast.

Anyone ever pulled the fuse box out? Looks like a complete and total PITA...

I haven't got anything hooked up to them yet....just testing for power. And for that I tried both the frame ground near the battery and the neg post of the battery.
You’re saying when you tested the lights, the ground wasn’t connected?

Pretty sure it was. It's all a blur at this point....from excitement to despair.

I'm fairly sure now that it's either the actual relay in the battery junction box or the wire itself.

Managed to get this from a Ford tech, hopefully it helps someone else for something.

So I have power at the "top" of the switching side of Upfitter1 and Upfitter2 relays but don't get anything out the wire....so it's either the non-serviceable relay or the wire....and I'm pretty sure we all know what it's going to be. :(

When I'm testing for voltage.....Volts....red lead to the left side of the fuse (with fuse removed) and black lead on frame ground/neg battery post...someone in the truck flipping the upfitters. Good switched power for everything in the junction box, good power on the wire bundle except for Aux1 and Aux2

When I'm testing for resistance on the fuse or the wire....Ohms (actually the diode setting so it beeps).

When I checked the wiring last night, I pulled the fuse for Aux5 and checked resistance from the fuse to the end of the wire for Aux5 and had 0 ohms, doing the same thing for Aux1 and I have an open....so it's either the wire or the unserviceable relay (wherever that is)

I suppose I can jump around that section of wiring with some redneck engineering but I'd rather not.

Sounds like you're doing everything right. Last thing I would recommend is check the pass-thru wiring bundle, maybe something was modified at one point in time and those Aux 1/2 wires are the hot ones for some reason? You never know what happened with a previous owner. I guess if I were you I'd try to see what Ford says taking a look at it.

Worst case? Get the fuse box like you saw in my thread, and pull your own new wires directly to the battery/fuses/Aux 1+2 switches. One benefit to that is that you can upsize the wire gauge for 20a fuses and run two LP's off each.
