I have the WSI SD springs. I got the drop shackles to lower it back down close to level height. So far I really like mine, no complaints.

Yup, Rpg with hydraulic fox bumps,

People need to distinguish between factory bump stops and aftermarket.

Do not run with no bump stop at all

Why do you say not to run with no bump stops at all? From what I understand, the stock bumps are the root cause of the bent frame issues.

If you are never towing of hauling I woukd get either the wsi standard duty or the deaver equivalent. The others will be stiffer. And will make the front seem very soft. Pm me if you go wsi.

For those that think outside the box and want to save some money while getting a comparable product..........Atlas springs. Put about 70 miles of trails today. Love em.
But in all honesty, there is a great deal of posted information throughout the forum. Nut up and do some research and make you're own mind. JMO.

no the bent frame is from over driving the truck beyond what it was designed for.

if you run no bumps at all there is nothing stopping your axel from direct hard impacts with the frame,

that leaves bent frame and bent axels

Ok i have a 2013 SCAB raptor completely stock. Im about to get the svc tune and a magnaflow exhaust and then upgrade the rear springs. i know i dont want the national springs with all the issues they have been having. so now its between Deaver and WSI. I dont plan on having a heavy load in the bed maybe 200lbs max for short times. I dont do any towing with my raptor. So i need help choosing which spring will best suit me. Im not doing mid perch or any shock upgrades any time in the next 2-3 years, just looking to make the rear better for daily driving and the occasional adventure.

so with stock ride height and minimal load which deaver or WSI springs should i go with. and should i go WSI or Deaver? has anyone had to rearch their deavers yet?I know theres not much out there on WSI for longevity yet which makes this decision pretty hard for me.

I don't think the nationals that have had a few issues are wide spread. I've had three sets of nationals and only one had an issue. The national SD spring would be a choice for your upgrade. If You are doing your research you would call all three. While your talking with national, ask them about the issues your concerned with.

Another, less expensive and less maintenance option would be to add a leaf to the stock spring pack.

In the end, do not go with an HD spring. You have a light truck and no weight in the bed.

That's what I thought too. Then I was told that basically the stock bumps aren't going to save your frame if you are pushing your truck that hard anyway, and the worst thing that can happen by removing the strike pad is your shock blowing.. which is about $100 deal to have sent in and fixed.
