Help! just installed Cobb fmic on 2018 raptor & can't get the passenger side headlight cover to clip back in, driver side goes in no problem. the 6 clips on driver side are all straight. the passenger side from the factory all have 5 straight clips and one clip is at a weird angle. Ive seen videos where people remove 2 bolts on the fender flare and pop the fender flare out a little to remove it and im wondering if I do that if I can get it back in, but also heard those fender flare clips are one time use only. I've seen a few videos and the Cobb website instructions say you don't have to take the fender flare out a little, and seems like that's how the majority of people do the install. anyone have any issues with passenger side headlight trim panel going back in? is there a trick im missing to get it in. Yes, remove the two screws and pop the retention clips to loosen the front of the fender flare, use a trim tool carefully and you shouldn't have a problem with the clips. I have done this process several times with no problems.

Again, just saying put link here to the thread with the answer to your problem. This place is actually a more logical location anyway.
