I haven't been off road with my WSI Rack:ONE yet, but so far i'm loving it and am very confident it will hold up to the test of time. I pulled on my tire carrier while in the bed with everything i've got and it didn't move at all, also if I stand along side of the truck and push/pull the tire carrier the truck moves with it.

When you talk about noise are you talking about the whistle from the led lights or just general noise

I have the r-series. No wind noise just driving. When the actuator bar is up there isn't really any noise either, not really noticeable at all. I love mine. Let me know and I will get you a deal on one. I have a 50" rigid combo and two D2 diffused face rear.

I'm in the market for a chase rack as well. The R-Series is at the top of my list. The actuator is a power attachment that comes with the rack or built to accept an accuator that I have to do myself? The ADD website isn't specific on that part. Yours looks great.

The actuator comes with the rack. You will need to add a two way switch to run it. Message me if you are interested and I can include the switch that I have use on a few of them including mine.
