Greetings from (Lafayette) LA!
I work at Jackson Barracks! I've seen a few Raptors around the area. Might have seen yours around if you've had it for a while.

I recently added Deaver +2 Leaf springs, Geiser front coils, and got my shocks rebuilt. Sitting on bottom perch. Here's how mine sits now. Pretty close to level.
(Though, from what I hear, the Geisers will settle an inch or two.)

Would you mind telling me about the ride compared to stock? How do the Geisers feel in daily driving compared to the stock springs? Handling? Thanks.

Why not just do shock rebuild
Exactly, there are many shops that do exchanges and you can always send them to Fox. I would think less than all new! I can understand if you don't want the truck to be down while you wait for the exchange/rebuild. Sounds to me like you aren't doing anything crazy so I would look into a rebuild. My 2 cents...

Hi all!
I’ve been reading all the posts in the suspension section and my head is spinning. It’s time to replace front and rear shocks on my 2014 super cab (4 door). I’ve already ordered original replacement shocks from rock auto for the rear (part ASH24541) but for the front end I was hoping to get a little lift as the truck seems slightly lower on the front. So before I order oem replacement shocks and springs can you guys make any recommendations? Possible upgrades that won’t break the bank. I don’t go off-road but do drive the streets in New Orleans (probably worse than off road, haha). Thanks so much :)
I wasn't going to reply but you are getting so much bad advice I couldn't help it. The absolute worst place to get suspension advice beyond maybe brand name or peripherals is any kind of forum. There may be some who know their stuff but you have no way to know who that is. Most who propose mid perch/Geiser as just ignorant weekenders giving their honest uninformed extremely biased opinion. Suspension upgrades are expensive hard to reverse modifications that will fundamentally change how your truck drives and performs. Find a reputable Raptor suspension shop and have a discussion about your use case and what you want to achieve then based on budget make your decisions. THe idiots on here that pop off with Geiser/half perch/etc/etc have no idea what your preferences are, how you use the truck/ do you tow, do you carry anything in the bed, what are you going for, what would be your good/better/best outcome with a suspension change, etc, etc. Nope, they just pop off with information that may or may not be useful or appropriate in your specific case. The best advice anyone can give you on suspension mods is to seek the advice of a reputable suspension professional.

Which experts do you recommend?

Setting a truck up for the desert is a lot different than Durhamtown. On the east coast we don’t have a lot of options.

No joke. Up here in Me ive only seen 3 other raptors and have yet to find or hear of any shop that knows anything about them except it being an f150. Kinda sucks.

Going to mid perch and back to low perch is probably the least expensive and least permanent change one can do.
Plus people are just throwing out different options on what they have done and have experienced.
I’d trust this forum more than a “reputable professional”.
