Hello from the Inland Empire!
I have always been a Raptor fan but have never owned one. That will hopefully be changing soon. I have been following the 2017 Ford Raptor release closely and it definitely has my interest. My plan is to purchase a white 2017 Supercrew and to turn it into a quality expedition rig. It will still be my daily driver, but will definitely see some offroading/exploring on the weekends. I only live an hour from Barstow, CA and 30 minutes from the high desert.
My current truck is a 2015 Toyota Tundra Crewcab that I have built into a decent mid travel rig. I have nothing bad to say about Toyota, the truck has been great for me. There are things I would have done differently to the truck (that would have saved me a lot of money, live and learn), but all in all in turned out the way I wanted it to. I have gotten a little bored lately and want to build something new. I enjoy the research and process it takes to build a nicely functional truck. I hope I can learn many things on this forum, thanks.
