Yeah that's at the flywheel (or crank) otherwise it would say rwhp, normally.

Boy, that really sounds nice and they only really kick in at 4,200 rpms.

But 15.50 psi. of boost scares me, even though Turbos usually run at higher boost than SC.

No 590 hp is crank HP. Realistically they are putting 450-500 RWHP

Yup, the Roush is 590 fwhp ( flywheel horse power ) and the Whipple is 675 fwhp

At 15.5 lbs of boost it is 695 RWHP. A dyno unless corrected in some weird way reads wheel HP. It might be pushing the engine it might not. The way a Turbo comes on is a lot different than a blower.

I think most people here know the different workings on FA.
I am just thinking out loud, that since they are two smaller turbos instead of one big one they would spool up sooner.

Just because it's sitting on a dyno doesn't mean it's automatically rwhp, you can just use the OBD11 port for the info.

I'm not saying you can't do 695 rwhp, Livernois did this years ago but with a built engine.

I think the joke is on you. You seem to think that the engine will magically explode because it goes above 450-500 whp. It is living on borrowed time but I do believe that what they are showing is whp at 15.5 lbs of boost.

I run 15 lbs of boost on an LS 6.2 and put down 665 whp. The 5.0 Coyote motor consistently puts down 700 whp at 18-19 lbs of boost.

Yes but these are high HP output built engines costing $15,000+ to $25,000

The 6.2 cost only $5,800 to $6,500 and is built for large torque through the entire rpm range!

Big difference, my friend!!!!

That is RWHP, but I am sure that was probably a money run and the actual boost that they will run on the street is around 5 to 6 lbs with the stock engine.
