After searching and finding out that everyone stated you have to remove the headliner to get to the speaker cover I gave up on painting it black.
Accidentally today while trying to figure out how to remove the headliner to put sound treatment to my roof, this piece just popped out. There's no screw holding this in it's just clips. I will be painting my ugly ass headliner speaker covers ASAP.
There is no screw holding this from the inside of the headliner. Just regular old clips you can pull straight down.
