So Litte_d has a 2012 or 2013 with these springs on mid perch, for what it's worth.[/QUOTE]

Yep, mine is a 2013. I've been running these springs since the truck was new, 14,000+ miles, very happy with the ride and no issues with the CVs.

Ok so I'm getting ready to pull the trigger and have to ask what everyone thinks of these on a 2013 screw set at mid perch? Is it a bad idea? Will there be any additional stress on the cvs and other components etc? I was thinking these on mid perch with dever +3s with the 1in drop shackle??? I do plan to use this truck so I'm hoping this will ride well on and off road??? Please any input helps

I think that sounds great. I have the national HDs and i want to install the drop shackles i have on soon, and then I'll order the front coils.

As for mid perch and these springs, i think you'd be fine, Little_D is a 12 and is on mid with these springs...worse case, you go back to low with these springs. the only issue you may have is in 4x4...

With these springs being longer than factory, will they coil bind (solid) before getting full travel? They are something I am really looking into. I just want to make sure that travel is not reduced due to the longer spring.

Travel will not be reduced. Essentially you are changing the spring rate and getting an extra inch + of lift (the difference in spring height) With all the weight on the front end there are no worries there.

I have them, and have run them pretty hard for the past couple of weeks. I like them. I had them, and WSI springs put on at the same time. My truck is the same ride height as a mid perch, and the ride is outstanding.

You're running these progressive springs on bottom-perch, right?
