Great to own a Raptor in your favorite color. Of the reds I do like the Ruby Metallic. A bit of a candy apple to it.

Colorado Springs on the foothills of the Rockies. Yep, dozens of Mulies in the yard every day. Cruised up to Estes Park a few weeks ago and saw herds of Elk in the hundreds.

Out on a frozen lake a couple weeks ago in Iowa doing some ice-hole diving. She loved the ice and snow almost as much as the dirt.

YEP. Ice hole diving, Looks cold.

I've hunted Colorado 3 times. Shot my biggest mule deer at the base of the grande mesa around grand junction. 193 inches gross score. Great hunt. 2010.

Been to a couple red wings vs. avalanche hockey games back in the nineties when it was known as the blood feud. Great Rivalry.

Yeah I watched his install video on the fenders and it was clear he was not a seasoned mechanic by any means. Then I watched a few more mostly pointless videos and realized he was after the followers. 100% hypothetically speaking and I could be way off base here but... I want to be an Instagram star and its time to move on to a new "project" as he stated as soon as the truck burnt down. Im betting he gained a lot of followers by posting the burnt down pictures and videos and everyone reposting them. Just saying.

I don't know....**** Happens. I've owned a couple vehicles that caught on fire. Flammable objects like paper and plastic don't do well around catalytic converters. Wiring issues are probably the biggest culprit. With the number of vehicles out there and the miles of wiring in current day vehicles their are bound to be a fair percentage of fires.

It wouldn't surprise me to find out it was intentional. You can make serious money on YouTube if you have a large subscriber base. People will watch his vids and he can replace that truck in a month.

BMW seemed to be having quite a few issues with their vehicles burning to the ground. Some of them taking the house they were parked in along with them.

I mean that's why fuses exist but they aren't 100%. I mean he did remote start it in an enclosed shelter. He must not have been too worried about carbon monoxide poisoning. I dunno like I said I could be 100% wrong here and sorry if I am but there are a few fishy things with this one.

Yeah. It would have been better if he at least had a few empty fire extinguishers laying in the snow while he was FILMING. I didn't watch any of his other vidoes, but looks like he was doing fender mods, from the previews. There was a post last week, or so, from someone that had wiring get pinched, causing issues, when the dealer replaced a fender, and that was a "trained" professional. I wonder if the insurance company would view this as a "commercial vehicle", given the possible monetization of his youtube stuff, and find a way to deny the claim.

Anyway, if it was an honest loss, I hope he is covered.

I considered the new Q8. Went with my 2nd Raptor instead. Glad I did.
