Oct. 2012 build. 6 lines total, 3 per side. One for the parking brake, one going directly to the caliper, one going to the center of the dust plate in front of the axle.

Sounds like the 6pcs kit 2010-2011
Does it look like the 2 lines located on the axle separate?
I will be getting my truck back from the dealer today so I should be able to snap a pic of mine to show you.

It's some 2013's that are different.
First post has been revised.
2012's are a 6pc.
