One question, I'm going with Geiser springs up front and Deaver's +3 springs in the rear.

Should I install the rear Deaver springs prior to installing the KHC torque arm?

I'm wondering if the change in height would affect the frame mounted bolt locations of the torque arm or is there enough adjustability in the torque arm assembly to allow for changes in rear height.

I actually don't think the addition of the Deaver springs would affect how or where the KHC torque arm is mounted but I'm also not 100% sure.

Ok, I just looked under my truck to see how it all works and since the Deaver ÷3 springs is a suspension lift and lifts up the frame of the truck then it probably would affect the frame mounted bolt locations of the KHC torque arm to a small degree since the OEM 2" or 2 1/2" block is removed.

However, my question remains. LOL!

I’ve watched this thread but didn’t pull trigger for two reasons, as if anyone cares. First and foremost, I could never install it. Second, I tend to trade vehicles quickly, and if the 2021 Raptor has the new rear suspension I’ve seen spy videos of, I’ll get it.

In the meantime if I could get it installed I’d probably purchase it. I’ll await the reviews here to decide. I enjoyed following the thread. Good work, men.

Besides ‘normal drive mode’ the axle hop and wrap is one of the only serious deficiencies for the truck. If we can improve that aspect of it, why not and enjoy it now.

@smurfslayer Thanks for putting this group buy together for us. I purchased the KHC torque arm and would like to know if I can add +3 springs after installing the torque arm also. Can KHC answer this question for us? Thanks!

Our shop, KHC and quite a few others are in route to Raptor Takeover’s event in Georgia. We believe the answer is you can install the Deavers before or after without issue but will verify or have the KHC guys chime in.

I agree with you. I’m an instant gratification kind of guy. I hate to wait for anything.

My main issue is install. I know Jeff at off-road alliance would be happy to do the install. He sent, not once but twice, an installer to my home, once on super short notice, to install lights on my truck. That installer now lives up in Maine unfortunately.

as for krazy house, they are only an hour or so drive from me but I don’t know if they could do it while I waited for it. Foolishly perhaps I didn’t inquire after reading a few reviews by disgruntled customers who said they were promised repairs by certain date only to find their truck sitting untouched.

I checked out the install instructions, and it doesn’t look horrible. We’ll see. I hear you and agree, who wants to leave their Rap sitting around waiting for work?

Confirmed with KHC, you can install springs before or after and no issue. If installing springs after install of torque arm, you will need to re-adjust torque arm mounting/angle.
