Dam just saw this. Is it to late?

Sign me up. Also is there a fender liner?

We have until 10/30 @m3dragon and the factory liners work with these.

Also, for the all questions over the weekend, Travis will jump on here and provide answers soon

What's the warranty on these? They won't warp like botecs in the hot TX sun?

We've been selling Fiberglass products for 14 years. I never once heard of an issue with our products warping from being in the sun

How's the quality? On average, how many hours of body prep is needed to be done on these before paint prep once we have them? Injected fiberglass or layered? How thick? Pre-drilled mounting bolt holes or do we have to punch them? Is there rear quater panels / bed sides going to be made to match the fronts?

The quality is as close to stock as we can possibly get. You will not have to do any bondo work or block sanding. A quick scuff and prime and they are ready for paint. They are not injected. We use chopped mat and cloth, the final interior layer is cloth, so you can run your hand along the inside of them and not get any splinters. They are about 3/16" thick, any thicker and they are too heavy. You will need to drill out your mounting holes, and use the factory hardware to install them. We have a truck on hand that we are working on building the matching bedsides.

Hi Travis, welcome!

Those pics look great thank you!

A couple questions for you....

Can you post some pics and specs of your Carbon Fiber fenders?

Does the larger return for the stock liners affect the up travel clearance when running 37" tires? (will they rub?)

Can you also post some measurments of your fenders compared to stock?

specifically the width of the wheel well opening, height, and from the hood line to the outer edge.

Many of us like myself are new to the idea of new larger fenders

We have not actually done a set in carbon yet. Here is a picture of some of our previous carbon work though.

For the up travel, it would really depend on your final actual tire size, wheel offset, and suspension modifications. We always recommend to pull your shock off and cycle your suspension before finalizing the install.

Our fenders are simply 2.5" wider than stock in the top dead center of the wheel well, and we've increased the wheel well opening by one inch. Take a look at these pictures taken while in the prototyping process.

@Qcfx2 I sent them an email regarding my concerns as well thanks

I have not received anything in our [email protected], or [email protected] emails.

Travis, thank you for taking the time to answer all of our questions... As you can see, these have resonated fondly with some of the members and wanted to ask what the pros and cons are with going with a set of these particular fenders as opposed to what you already sell? Why the need to build these? Cheaper alternative? Alternative to those wanting to utilize the factory liners with added versatility?

Just curious on your thoughts and thanks in advance

Based on their site, they have recently only made F150 to Raptor conversions, F150/Expedition/Ranger packages and now the 2.5" that we are group buying. As far as why they made these, I'm sure Travis will respond to all questions.
