Truck had 100K on it, but with how it ran and the condition it was in, I had no concerns. The salesman was a good guy, older guy, really liked driving it and kept going on about the twin turbos, how fast it was, etc...I never corrected him, glad he didn't wrap it around a tree before I could look at it in person, but asked for lots of photos to determine what they actually had. My wife and I drove up to MA from NC and enjoyed the adventure, which included lots of snow, escaping from New York, the absolute best fish&chips we had ever enjoyed, an encounter with a Hell's Angel, discovering that wherever you go in PA, it still smells like cow manure, a great ride home and a thorough washing of the vehicle to remove any traces of the insane amount of salt used in the northern states.
I got it for what would amount to mid-trade-in value and everyone walked away with a win.
