What I don't understand is when installing these on your own, where would you start I know they say from top to bottom or side to side. And all these videos showing how is done but they never actually finish the job to see if is straight. These films looks like it stretches as you go. Now if you start from top to bottom for instance wouldn't the bottom corners be off? Since your stretching film. I am like dumb founded how this film works. Looking at those clips also when you take a large or small bubble, wouldn't the middle be wrinkly? (I know they have small holes in them) but still it would leave the excess material behind. I gotta try this

They just did mine Friday. I knew i would mess it up myself because i have zero patience. The guys at Rappy are great! and their work is stellar. I did a few pics while it was underway, but i didn't get a chance to do any complete ones today in the sunlight

If you lay the graphic out on the hood / panel, and it fits, then it doesn't take a great deal of stretching. Also, once it is applied, it is pretty easy to tear off and refit. Heating the graphic is what actually bonds it to the panel. The stuff is pretty tough, so it can be applied and removed several times to get it just right. Some vinyl needs to be stretched around edges, like curved mirrors, but flat graphics typically get laid out the way they are when you get them. Having the right tools to get it to lay out right is key so you don't damage the finish of the vinyl. Other than that, they are pretty forgiving......

I did my hood myself and did it dry, I believe that's what Rappy recommended. Definitely recommend having 2 people and dry isn't the easiest, but I think less likely to get trash under it.

I did the bedside myself, was pretty easy. When you get to 2nd side, it'll go even quicker.
