Gotta bar 4 the roof & I need wire it.
What gauge wire is coming out of the housing and can it be cut and extended?

It's about a 12 gauge wire, and yes it can be cut and extended no problem, just a positive and ground wire!

Your talking about where it comes out the light correct, and not the harness that connects 2 the light. Seems much larger, like a 4-6 ga. wire.

Yeah it's the same size wire, it just seems like a 4-6 gauge wire because it's covered in a black rubber coating and looks like a single wire, but inside that are 2 10-12 gauge wires.

Just ordered the Dually D2 Kit with one set white fog, one set white driving. Just after I ordered I found read about mounting issues, etc relating to the front bumper of some Raptors.

Is this still a concern as it seemed to be on 2010 and 2011's. Mine is a 2012.

Would you suggest driving on the inside and fog on the outside?

Any other general tips for install.

Thanks,
Gunner75

You shouldn't have any fitment issues with the kit with your Raptor, of the tons of kits we've sold I think I've only had one customer with a bumper fitment issue. I would suggest driving on the inside and wide or flood on the outside

I am thinking about getting 40" behind grill in white, 20" lower grill in amber, and fog kit with maybe amber and white.
What kind of pattern for each light should I get with this set up?

Okay cool. Well the 40 and 20 both come standard with a spot/flood combo beam so it really boils down to the fog light kit. If you go with the Duallys we recommend one pair flood and one pair spot. If you go with the D2 kit, we recommend either both pair Driving or one Driving and one Wide pair, but it also depends on what driving you are doing most of the time! Thanks!
