I managed to talk them down another $2500 off the price, so I went ahead and did the paperwork to order it. I should have it in a few days, its in the distribution yard in new york somewhere waiting to be loaded on to a truck. Snow storm kind of slowed things down, UGH!!!!!!

That's crazy! That would have to be right at invoice. How did you manage that?

My experience is FOMCO dealers dont want to discount this truck, my dealer went on and on about my deal (1500$ off) which I thought wasnt great? Randy gives 3K and he's in another town far away. My dealer still has 2 2010's on his lot for 60 days.

A friend of mine made the suggestion to me that since I would be a cash buyer, go back to the dealer with the cashiers check in hand for the amount I want to pay. Saw my sales guy, and showed him the check said this is what I will pay for the truck including TT&L out the door. Said he'd have to talk to the sales manager, after a few minutes, he came back and said we have a deal.

So, I paid $51,753 for a fully loaded Orange Screw with orange accents, graphics package and all. Can't wait to get my hands on it.

And as a bonus, this dealer gives free oil changes (limit 3 per year) for anyone who purchases a new vehicle from them.

Mine too. My local dealer still has the same loaded black SCab (that sounds gross) that they had before I ordered my SCrew.
