I agree, just by looking at the picture, it is NOT fully loaded.

Mods usually dont equal higher resale. That truck is missing vinyl decals and no mention of tailgate step, bed extender, blue interior accent, front camera...so its not fully loaded.

Nope. Mods don't mean a whole lot unless you're talking MAJOR performance upgrades. And you still can't count 100% of them

Get the vin and look up the window sticker OP and then go from there

I would order one if you can still get one. I don't think thats all that great of a deal. Technically there is 6500 miles of wear and tear on it. I would think around 49 would be a better deal on that truck.
