Finally home, I had to stop and take a couple roadside naps today.
I had an absolute blast this weekend, in and out of the truck. Was great to meet everyone and put a face with the screen name.
This was my first event and will definitely not be my last.

I definitely will be having my tires rebalanced and an alignment done when I get back to FL.

Just had mine balanced before the trip but think I lost a few weights. At 60 it is fine but around 70-80 it shakes the wheel but at 90 it smooths out again. Guess you know what speed I picked......

Still on the road, back home next week. Oh and got my bumper switched out yesterday. And found even more mud in the front frames.

GREAT LAKES RAPTOR EXCURSIONS

Haha, ya, some people got home, cleaned out their trucks, had a nights sleep, worked a full day and had some supper before I got home.
I am pretty sure the drive was twice as long on the way home.

I just got home after spending a few days in Chicago after the event so I haven't really had a chance to sit down and get my thoughts together--otherwise this would have come much sooner! I can't thank everyone who organized this event enough, you guys do so much for the raptor community and it doesn't go unnoticed! I also can't high five those of us who took advantage of this event enough, every time I've passed a raptor the last few days I couldnt think of anything but how dumb they were for passing up such an awesome event.

Every single person I met up there was freakin awesome, it was almost like we had all been friends for years. And the knowledge passed on to me could not be bought, that is for sure. As Scarrjack said this was my first GLRE event but will surely not be the last.
