Yes and no... the public offering of spots is over. But they will release a few more normally thru Facebook or other random posts and they also auction off a spot for charity so still ways to get a spot.

Time line? Some time between Nov 1st and Nov 31st 2015

Some times they are pretty easy to find. Other times very difficult.
