RubyRed,
I needed a work pickup that can go anywhere. I have a dozer business and used to use the GMC canyon until they changed the body style. I own another raptor and know what they are capable of and couldnt work out of a raptor unless it was a flatbed.

Welcome, got a question also, with the flat bed weight and if you load it with metal etc. on top how well do you think the Raptor suspension carries the load compared to other trucks? I ask this cause I load mine too

adeerchaser,
I load mine pretty heavy. I had to get some aftermarket springs installed. It handles real good still, it affected the ride a little but not too bad. The flatbed alone was too heavy before i ever loaded it with my tools. I have a air-compressor, 3 tool boxes and a 55 gallon diesel tank I carry.

Very cool. Have you installed a frame support system? I can imagine with the added weight that it may get on the bump stops occasionally. Can't think of a more comfortable work truck to get you through the rough stuff!
