Anyone else have an issue with the GJ brake/spot light/antenna mount leaking into the cab?
When I originally installed it in 2019, the speed nuts seemed hokey (seemed not tight enough)and when I asked them about that, they said they were working on better speed nuts. Asked again months later and got no reply. After a recent heavy rain parked overnight, my headliner was damp and I pulled the light and the seal also seemed collapsed.

Any other companies make a similar?

I’d replace the seal. If your first pic is before you took it off it looks like the seal moved.
You want the seal to truck connection and seal to billet connection to be free of contaminants to decrease the chance for leaks. When I did mine I cleaned everything, added some 3M super 77 spray adhesive on the seal side that already had the adhesive backing to make it extra secure and placed that side on the light billet. I let it sit for a day and then installed the light assembly to the truck (clean the truck area where the assembly is going to touch) and torque the screws. I agree that the fastener strategy is not the best, I just slowly tightened the screws till I felt the seal was snug very snug but not smashed. So far so good for me and I’ve been through several rainstorms and off-roading events.
