Last run we were on had (3) gen 3 have issues with drive modes/4 wheel drive after some water crossings. May want to consider researching if that is a more common problem then just our run we were on and if it can be prevented somehow.

Aside from that it would likely be the same parts you would carry for the other gens and depending on how hard you wanna go. Here’s a few things you could consider:

I would consider carrying a spare IWE, spare inner and outer tie rod (as mentioned), idler pulley, spare belt, outer cv/hub plug, plug for driver’s side diff housing (in the event of a cv axle failure).

I can add more, but it may be a touch excessive depending on your use case.

After the first few serious off roading trips from some of the more enthusiastic FRF, we had a series of sensors - I want to say the wheel speed sensor - that got trashed from rocks, which sent the suspension to full hard, basically non compliant.

I little trick to “help” the speed sensor out is to use corrugated wire loom and electrical tape. It will make them more durable but not indestructible by any means

Dude literally said,
“Asking about actual replacement/spare parts, NOT tools, recovery gear, etc.”
Didn't make it to the 2nd line

Things I replied with are 100x more likely to be needed than spare parts of the vehicle. Maybe focus your energy on the "hookers and blow" and "beers and capri sun" replies ;)

Not sure if this is an issue or the same on Gen3 but my Gen1 broke down in the middle of nowhere because the fuel pump module went out, it's a cheap part and in a bad location (above the spare tire) so it gets hit with all kinds of debris, now I carry a spare one just incase because had I had one I could have easily replaced it instead of a almost $600 tow truck ride into the nearest town.
