do you have forscan?My rough chattery ride continues without end. I stopped by the dealer to determine a course of action ie. what it's going to take to get the shocks swapped per the service bulletin and they asked me to have a tech ride with me; of course he told me nothing was wrong with the truck and that maybe my tires were worn unevenly...... I've requested a comparison drive against another truck but I can tell this is going to be a long road. If anyone knows a dealer in SoCal that has successfully processed a shock swap under the service bulletin please let me know. I can't stand the way my truck drives now, if Fox would come out with an FRS setup for the Gen 3 I would make the swap just to end this and not deal with the dealer.

i ask bc you mentioned that it's riding rough. would be a good idea to check what your shocks are reading in terms of ride height. you could be a recalibration/some module resets away from a smooth ride
You have the updated shocks so a replacement under the TSB won’t apply.

I appreciate you sending this over. Given that the ride of the entire truck is of it would seem odd for all of the shocks to suddenly go bad and then I was able to get it acting normally for a very short time by cycling the damper mode. I just ordered my OBD cable and I'll install forscan, hopefully a recalibration will do the trick.....if not I'm worried what kind of electrical/livevalve nightmare I might be in for. Might be headed for an E-click system if this can't be addressed.

I completed the ride height recalibration with forscan today multiple times. The values were way off to start with so I was hopeful the recalibration would work, but it didn't improve ride quality at all. Extremely stiff ride and feels like there is no rebound damping over small compressions. Not sure what the next move is.
What previous vehicles have you owned?

2020 raptor I put 25k miles on and 7,000 perfect miles on this truck before this started. Even my wife asked what was wrong with it the on road ride was so rough.
The shocks are controlled by the VDM; if there is an issue with any component or the calibration there will be associated DTCs. Is the truck stock?
Since you have ForScan, check to see if DTC B162F:13 is stored in the BCM-C. If so there is a Service Message (51160) to reprogram the BCM-C to resolve the issue. The service message is for 21-22 models and it’s symptom coded under Ride Quality > Harsh.
