I took these stock/OEM front coil springs and rear leaf springs off of my Raptor when it had about 14,000 miles (almost exclusively road/highway driving) on them in order to upgrade to Eibachs and Icons. The springs are still in great condition (no reverse s-curve to them, etc) and I’d still be using them if I hadn’t decided to upgrade. $250 OBO for both sets, or make an offer on the front/rear separately. I'd definitely prefer local pickup in the Denver, CO area, or meeting somewhere near here.
