Are they still available? I’m in need of a rebuild and I’ve read all the threads on putting these on a Gen 1. I’m still confused were it’s a good idea or not. If you still had your Gen 1, would you have put these on?

I installed the Gen 2 shocks/springs on my gen 1 and they work very well imo. I'm confused as to why some people are against it if it doesn't pose any issues to driving the truck.

I have a local guy who wants them. Regardless, I have had several guys ask about them but once I quote shipping, they scatter and I never hear from them again. BTW ... shipping to TX is roughly $140
