Gen 3 wastegate problems P25B4 *SOLVED*

CR Performance was very great to work with. Their customer service was great. The problem was indeed a faulty wastegate actuator. GooseTuned was also able to help me figure out the problem. The part that failed was a factory Ford part. It was a quick easy fix. These pictures are of the part that needed to be replaced.

I think the real problem is that your truck is possessed, because there is no way your fuel range should say "715 miles to E" without some evil shenanigans occurring! Good luck man, hope they get ironed out for you.

The evilness was the truck being limited to zero boost lol

There are a lot of problems with those. Switch back to a stock BOV and retest.

i think the EM Vee is the problem child, but also really not related to wastegate issues

I had the same issue (WG Actuator went bad ) on my stock turbos as the dealer fixed it under warranty.

Dealer replaced my driver side waste gate actuator. It was squeaking when I got near the truck and the truck sensed the key. It was also squeaking on idle and while revving it a bit. My truck only has 1000 miles on it now and the squeak was present from day one.
