I think I saw a black Gen 3 rolling around Denver yesterday. Is that possible? Anyone here own said beast?

Agreed, looks like a change made just to make some change for 2021. The raptor and F150 badges sticks outside the FORD lettering, its like someone did not know how to do formatting in MS Word. Right now gen 3 has equal number of good things and a lot of awkward design features, fender flare looks like an aftermarket addon

That's how it works. Gotta be different, even if different isn't better. Even if different kinda sucks.

The good news is that I won't feel bad deleting it. I'd have deleted the one on my gen2 if I had ordered it. I'd take mine off today if it wouldn't leave a bunch of holes.

The “FORD” on the tailgate appliqué is way too small in my opinion.

It’s like this. For Gen 2 they went big, bad and bold kind of in your face with the FORD on the appliqué. Now they shrink it and tone it down quite a bit for the Gen 3. It’s sorta ass backwards in the order. You went big, have to stay big.

The taillights while they probably corrected the low output of the reverse lighting, the lights look a bit busy for for this type of truck.

The only thing I like about it so far is the Orange.

100%. Don’t have Gen 3 Raptor R money, but even if I did, I would probably buy something else; Nikola if it wasn’t a bust, or electric Hummer looks intriguing.

Gen 3 is not very inspiring to me. Then again, I own a Gen 1, so WTF do I know...

They are functional to help with clearance detection. Seriously. Very useful in some tight situations.

Also, come on, everyone knows the ladies always want more length. Don’t sell yourself short with some dumb 50cal stubby!
