They Royal fu@ked up the front end on this truck....The Gen 2 comes at you much harder with an aggressive Stout look!

Couldn't agree more, how in the hell did they go that route.

A more natural progression would have been Gen1, Gen3, Gen2 as far as changing that front design.

Some folks weren't thinking to good on this one.

Sorry but it's very hard to believe that anyone would really think that the Gen3's front design is an improvement over the Gen2.

Well, I'd actually prefer that no one notice that my truck is a Raptor without looking closely. I don't want attention. From that perspective, the gen3 front end is better.

What makes you think the Gen3 was rushed? Blind statements with no data is foolish.
Just common sense ... didn’t know I needed imperial data to make a “statement” on hobby forum... The last two GEN’s came out 2 years and some change after release of the new Gen F-150.... Come on dude YOU should know this... Gen 3 was an immediate rush to get a truck out in response to the TRX.... Raptor R will be the better option if you can get one....

Just had a 2021 Race Red Texas Edition F-150 loaner while my 2018 Raptor was in the shop and let me tell you, the screen and display is tenfold better than the Gen 2.

Not true. Truck improvements including the rear suspension and frame have been in development for last 3 years.

@Sponsurd7717

luckily looks like the 2022 superduty will give us 2017-2020 guys a new sync option. Maybe..

If I didn’t have decades’ long dislike for Dodge after owning a few of their minivans when kids were small and the engines being powered by hamster wheels, I’d be considering the TRX. As it is, I’m happy with my 2020 leadfoot and look forward to what the R brings.

So your saying since 2018 they have been working on the Gen 3 Raptor and not improving the Gen 2 with new upgrades?!?!? I seem to remember distinct differences from 2018 to 2019/20 trucks.... please explain because the look of the truck seems to be rushed also... God it’s from end is hideous.... I wonder if they called Chevy and asked for the body designer...

Like @ICUGAZN said earlier.... blind statement with no data is foolish....
