debating between the black rhino chambers in 17 or the fuel zephyrs....on my white 23.
top and middle is the black rhino...bottom is the zephyr.
Weight is the downside to some of the Fuel wheels. Some of them are heavy. I really liked the Fuel Cycle wheel. Has a favorable offset for what I want at 25 but they weigh 38lbs. Same with these Zephyr wheels, heavy. Almost 10lbs more than the Black Rhino.I like the black rhinos more as long as they’re not heavier
Id consider anything over 30lbs as heavy. At 38 you might as well fill your tires up with concrete.Weight is the downside to some of the Fuel wheels. Some of them are heavy. At what weight do people consider a wheel too heavy and that weight becomes a deal breaker?
That is what I thought. I thought I finally found a wheel I like in looks + offset and then I saw the weight and I was again kicked in the nuts by disappointment.Id consider anything over 30lbs as heavy. At 38 you might as well fill your tires up with concrete.
You’ll be hard pressed finding beadlocks being under 30 otherwise I agree!Id consider anything over 30lbs as heavy. At 38 you might as well fill your tires up with concrete.
i mean...our trucks are already super heavy...its not like they're track cars or trophy trucks...is it that much of a turn off for people that its a little on the heavier side for a wheel?Id consider anything over 30lbs as heavy. At 38 you might as well fill your tires up with concrete.
I think there’s plenty of wheels to find around 28lbs in a 17x8.5 but you’d be surprised to see how many weight a little more than advertised once you weigh them yourself.i mean...our trucks are already super heavy...its not like they're track cars or trophy trucks...is it that much of a turn off for people that its a little on the heavier side for a wheel?
My 37 wheel/tire is around 93lbs. The wheels we're talking about would add near 15 lbs per corner in addition to having a heavier tire. That is a noticeable difference in acceleration, braking and gas mileage. Why would you want to affect all of those if you didn't need to?i mean...our trucks are already super heavy...its not like they're track cars or trophy trucks...is it that much of a turn off for people that its a little on the heavier side for a wheel?
also looking at the chamber in 17x8.5 0 but everywhere i checked they're backordered.debating between the black rhino chambers in 17 or the fuel zephyrs....on my white 23.
