Financed at 4.4% last October.

Current buddy ( works at dealer) said he’s seeing 800+ credit holders getting 6-8% rates.

Unless you’re paying cash, these rates are almost insulting.

They are only going up. Fed just raised rates, so we will see increasing interest rates in the next several weeks.

Insanity man.

Waiting to see how much Ford raises the prices on 2024 Raptors also. If I were to spec out a 2023, sticker would be around 83k. I'm
concerned the 2024, with TTL priced in, looking well over 90k. Was not planning to buy the truck outright but it's trending strongly toward doing just this.

But people won't stop spending money they don't have.

Historically, when rates go sky high like this, spending stops, and prices come down. Have seen no movement in pricing from Ford due to supply issues and demand still being high.

Its coming and its going to hit HARD. The entire economy is about to fall off the cliff. This will be a recession unlike anything weve seen since the 30s. Enjoy these next 8-10 months.

I'm well aware.

I've had my money out of the market since last year. This is all a ponzi scheme with the Fed printing money and bailing out Banks and institutions behind the scenes. I'm amazed they've kept this thing afloat for this long.

Main Street occupied with the issues they want them to be focused on and not the real issue...Wall Street and the Government siphoning money out of the middle class.

Meat grinder.

Agreed. I look forward to seeing how this plays out. I went to a local Ken Grody Ford just to see what kind of crack they are smoking on there raptor pricing. They basically have Raptor 35's that they slap Eibauch front springs on, Wipple intake, paint matched bumpers and fenders. And heavy 20" rims with heavy 37" C rated MT tires. WITH NO 37" spare! And they want 125-130K for them. GTFOH.
It definitely feels like dealers are getting desperate to get every dollar out of every car they get on the lot. I think manufacturers will go away from dealers ala Tesla sooner rather than later.

I don’t know if this is any indication but I was looking at a 22’ 37pp with 12k (CPO) on it at end of June. Dealer has lowered the price from 83.5 to 78.8 currently. These things are not selling.
