I have a blue driver, and it says it works with the 2021 F150. A code reader is a cheap good investment, so you know what's wrong with your truck before you bring it to the dealer.

2 cases of broken turbos.

His truck has a long block replacement.

My truck has a turbo replacement.
3 turbos total for 1000's of F150's made during the past 3 months. I also ordered Burger King last week and they forgot the ketchup.. Sometimes **** happens. Hardly evidence to start throwing words like "major issues" around

yeah, I agree. I would use a different adjective than "major".

However, enough time hasn't passed to immediately call it a one-off, or outlier either. People are just now starting to get theirs, and we might see more pop up. Also this forum isn't the full representation of the pool of raptor owners either.

Likely unicorns.
Hope so.

I have to ask the other forum member to see what his blend date was, and we just maybe had the same "bad" build date of the batch of turbos. But I guess you cant get that info from just the truck build date. Who knows when the engines were built, probably a month before the truck.

My 2015 F150 Platinum had it’s lower engine block replaced as a result of a piece of the piston skirt breaking off and getting into the engine :33:

I’ve had two (2) MB GL550’s bought back under lemon law, back-to-back for the exact same reasons, “major electrical malfunctions” that could not be fixed, will never own another MB in my lifetime.

Since cars are “mechanical” and even more so “electrical” these days, failures are going to happen. I’ve been hammering the HELL out of my Gen 3 in Sport Mode and it has not broken, yet. Sometimes, LUCK is involved.

I do not like this analogy. Burger King always forgets the ketchup.

1 x Ducati was plenty of European exclusivity for me but be careful, lest you be labeled a Euro-phobe here :)
