Gen 2 with Detroit locker

Anyone who finds this via a future search.

Detroit doesn’t make a 9.75” 35 spline locker. Had a f150 unit on bench and raptor axle is bigger and 35 spline. Picked up a swarfwork module, will try. Link to my other thread.

What rear axles? 34 or 35 spline?

Anyone know from pulling and doing seals or replacing an axle? Of all the things you can find on the net this one is confusing. Seems Gen 1s came with 35 splines but from what I can tell on searching the net and trying to compare OEM diagrams, that the Gen 2-3 went back to using 34 splines...

Why do they sell that module for Gen 1 trucks?

An OG Raptor can lock it up in 2WD and run it out to the speed limiter.

Is it so you can turn it off and back on at a higher speed than the stock setup allows?
