In the cab, he only shows 3 of the 4 wires actually getting installed. The wire to the pass threw, the ground, and the wire to the #1 slot in the middle connector. Whats the 4 th wire? Power?

There is no fourth wire. Their are only three wires to be installed.

Uncle Sam is taking me away again for a short trip. This time for approximately one month. I'll be back in late February of this year. Kits ordered today before I leave will ship today. Just installed this. Quality parts and great instructions. Only PIA was taking off the kick panel. Best $25 mod out there. Thanks Brendan.

I'll also chime in with some raves on this product. Great instructions, all parts are prepped and ready for installation, very quick and easy. Hardest part was finding the upfitter wiring harness inside the kick panel. Highly recommended.
