Gen 2 raptor w/ V8 Hennessey

I had a 2016 CTS-V before my Raptor. The LT4 was a bad ass little motor with torque for days and days. The run the same transmission we do in the raptor in the ZL1 Camaro with the lt4. I have always wondered how hard it would be to swap an LT4 in since the harness, ECU and TCM already exist. It sure would **** some people off putting in a GM motor.

Guessing it’s due to his somewhat variable history not Raptor specific. Search Hennessy and you’ll find some interesting articles and issues with delivery of vehicles and claimed fraud.

It's actually both his general history of crookery and his Raptor specific history. Several of his customer trucks had engine fires and burned to the ground. One of which was possibly the best Raptor ever built, a full on luxury pre-runner that was truly second to none.

Hennessey sucks.
