I own a 2019 RAPTOR with the STANDARD ORANGE FOX SHOCK LIVE.. I believe the front shoves are called COIL OVERS and the rear- they are DOUBLE IN SIDE, but 1 piece..

MY QUESTION Is there is another variation of these ORANGE FOX SHOCKS I have seen on some raptors BUT the FRONT SHOVE HAS A SEPERATE piece.. i am guessing its a seperate reservoir,,

I have attached PIC #1 is what i have on my truck- NO SEPERATE RESERVOIR.. and PIC#2 i have seen these on other 2019 trucks.. WOndering if ford releaed 1 variation FIRST, then move to the version without the seperate reservoir?

I called a few place for fun and they are about the same price- I believe the front shocks that are just coil overs are like 500more.. curious on what the deal is with them? why do some 2019 raptors have one type or other

You have stock Fox Live Valve Shocks which comes on all 19 / 20 Raptors. (1st pic). (2nd pic) is the aftermarket 3.0 Fox Live Valve Shocks. Fox makes them for both front and rear applications with detached reservoirs. They are a little pricey, the entire set-up will run about $7K for the 4. Most would think they're worth it. I do.

Thank u so much. So basically the aftermarket foxshocks with separate reservoir that I have seen on some raptors where NOT install at factory... I did call a truck wholesaler of.truck parts and the price difference was few hundred more for non resevior. And like u said pricey. You can find them.on feebly for much less for a oem guy. Thanks for the info. When. I saw a few raptors with the orange fox with separate reservoir it there me.off

If anything, call some of the Supporting Vendors on here, for accurate information. They deal with Raptors on a constant basis, and wouldn't steer you wrong, with applications or prices.

Hopefully I can enjoy these shocks for a while. I heard they are only good.for.50k. I bought the truck used with 38k. I do mall.crawling in Florida so hopefully I can stretch it to.80k+ lol. I have owned so many trucks and this is the best driving truck I have owned. I did love my delete f250 but it was like driving a garbage truck. Lol. Loved the torque

I can tell you from personal experience, the 3.0 Race Series Live Valve shocks are 100% worth it if you plan on doing a lot of sporty and spirited off road driving. I recently upgraded and I wish I would have done this sooner. But, if you dont do a lot of fast on road and off road driving, the money may not be worth it for you.

Welll I have owned TACOMA, TUNDRA, GEN 1 RAPTOR, then a F250 with FOX 2.0 resevior shocks past 5 years and THIS GEN 2 is the best DRIVING TRUCK i have owned.. but i have done minium off road -- mainly sugar sand area in southend fla around railroad track.. NEVER what i see on youtube.. I am really inlove with my 2019.. I did drive MANY 2017 and 2018 GEN 2 in 2021 when i was shopping.. maybe 11 of them because they were priced in my budget of 50-55k, however when i drove with THIS 2019 (plus it had a ton of upgrades) i over extended myself because i clearly drove better than the order-- however the others could of been run hard.. and i did not go over roading, BUT STILL when i hit the speed bumps-- i could easy feel a difference - at least in my opinion--

The Race Series Live Valve 3.0's have much different valving, bypass tuning, more fluid volume, not to mention different spring rates for the fronts specifically. The difference off road and on is night and day.
