Way late to the party here and I understand the numbers match plans etc. However, for anyone interested I recommend you talk to the owner Walter of https://aftermarket-hq.myshopify.com/ . Raptors is his speciality and they have 7.3 godzilla motor package to replace your 6.2 that sounds very affordable and fun.

where did you find this?
Sorry - I never replied to this. I found it on Facebook Marketplace. It was a bit sketchy with no paperwork or warantee info but appeared to be a 'new' Ford remanufactured engine with the factory manual and warning tags still attached in the plastic bags. It was an E350 model but after a lot of research I found it's actually the same motor as the Raptor (yes, the cams are the same spec). The 'difference' were external things like the oil cooler, stud locations for the exhaust manifold, etc. All easily adapted to the Raptor. So far, it's working great and making good power - I have about 1,000 miles on it as of 10/2024.

Sounds like a great option for an awesome upgrade. I got lucky with a good deal on an engine and a local guy to instlal it.
