If it was me, I would go with the truck with less miles. 40,000 less miles only 1,000 bucks more. I would take that trade any day. Did you look at all the trucks?

Dont be so sure, @V1ROTATE has like 30k on his and his has been to the dealer 4 more times than mine with 100k on it.

They are 5+ hours from me so I have not looked at either in person, just photos and videos (of both exterior and under)

Do you know if either one has been modded? Do you know if either was garage kept? Do you have the option to personally view either (or both) option A and B? I think the ability to get eyes on even one of the trucks will help you make a more informed decision.

30k miles isn't insignificant, but also not a deal breaker if the higher mileage truck saw better treatment/maintenance. All other things being equal I would go with lower miles, but that's assuming the previous owners were responsible.

13/14 will have hid and the roof has externals ridges instead of dimples that hold water. i would lean towards A first

Neither has been modded or garage kept, but both dont have rust (both NY buys). Unfortunately I dont, they are both 5 hour drive for me to go get so I would see/drive when I go to buy.

B sounds ready to go. Good brakes, good tires, service.

A sounds appealing but dealing with a shady person who won't give details and is hard to get answers from is grounds for walking to me
